The Globe, Chelmsford is a traditional pub which currently trades under our Hive Pub Franchise Agreement. The pub has traded well in recent years and operates at an approximate 70/30 split in favour of drinks.

Key facts • Upfront cost: £5,000 • Forecasted operator turnover: £597,162 Entry costs Entry cost of £5000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation. Trading space The pub was fully refurbished in 2022 and offers a large single trading room, which is zoned to create comfortable spaces for drinking, dining and sports. Pub games such as pool and darts are available as well as well positioned TV screens to ensure great sports viewing is available throughout the pub. There is a fantastic garden, offering many seating options and a lovely pergola. Private accommodation The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen. toilet, bathroom and office.
