You’ll need to think creatively about sales, lead a team, and build strong relationships with the local community. Experience in pub or hospitality management is essential, and local knowledge is a big plus. Key facts • Upfront cost: £5,000 • Forecasted operator turnover: £644,800 Entry costs Entry cost of £5,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation. Trading space The pub is divided into two sides, each with its own toilets, and features a sports area, dining area, bar area, two gardens, and an upstairs function room. This layout provides versatile spaces for different customer groups and activities, supporting both casual and event-driven trade. Private accommodation The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining room, bathroom and office.
