Eight Towers
Summary
The Eight Towers is currently undergoing an extensive capex investment and will be a brand-new pub when it relaunches under our “Two Door” format.
Description
Step inside a Two Door pub and you’ll find the best of both worlds. On one side, a buzzing atmosphere full of screens for live sports and brand new digital technology for running activities such a bingos, quiz nights and many other in-house events. The Eight Towers will also have a pool table and dart board, ready to build your local sports teams. The pub is already very well supported by local sports fans and has a fantastic local drinks trade, as it is located right in the centre of multiple housing estates.
On the other side you will find a warm and welcoming dining side where everyone feels at home, serving proper pub food and familiar favourites. The Eight Towers benefits from a huge outdoor space, perfect for hosting outdoor music events and festivals.
The pub is very popular in the local area and currently averages approximately £21,000 per week, but with the investment, we hope to gain additional guests from surrounding towns and villages. The Eight Towers needs an experienced manager used to high volume wet trade who has the experience and passion to drive food sales.
As a Two Door partner, you’ll run a pub with personality, one that celebrates tradition while delivering something for everyone, whether its family-friendly amenities, social spaces, a pet-welcoming policy, or a spot to enjoy the match.

Three bedroom private accommodation, which will be redecorated as part of the ongoing refurbishment project.
We understand that taking on your own pub business is an important decision. We are proud to operate under the provisions of the Pubs Code regulations (2016), by providing certain important information during the recruitment process which will enable you to make an informed decision about the pub business and the agreement which you are applying for. The recruitment process is structured to include meetings with our recruitment and operations team (virtually or in person). The process usually takes 3-6 weeks from application to offer, but varies depending on meeting dates, availability and information required for the completion of the business plan.
For any of our partnership agreements you must have a personal licence to legally operate one of our pubs. We can help in the process of obtaining a personal licence through our partners at John Gaunt. A member of our recruitment team will be able to discuss this option with you as part of your application or enquiry.
If you receive an offer from us, we will require payment of the full deposit at your earliest convenience. However, from time to time at the Regional Operations Managers discretion a part deposit payment may be made with an agreed deposit builder in place for the remaining amount. The deposit, or deposit builder, would need to be paid before the commencement of the agreement.
