It’s a home-from-home for sports enthusiasts with ten sports screens, three pool tables, a darts area, and several machines. Outside, we have a temporary pavement licence (to the right of the pub), a small seating area to the front and an intimate courtyard at the back. We’re looking for a talented operator who can maximise the abundant opportunities here. Chelmsford is a blossoming city in Essex, just thirty miles from central London. It’s home to around 184k people. Ideal publican You’ll: Private accommodation We recently decorated the accommodation, comprising three bedrooms, one living room, a kitchen, bathroom and second toilet.
