Show more Entry cost is approximately £23500 which includes 25% of the fixtures & fittings value, deposit, stock and working capital. Any additional costs will be confirmed in your schedule 1 information. You will also need to obtain independent professional legal and financial advice. Please note, the fixtures and fittings value is estimated and will be confirmed on change day and an assisted purchase plan is available to purchase the remaining 75% of fixtures and fittings. You will need to estimate the turnover you expect to achieve from the pub, with regard to food and accommodation (if applicable). Barrelage figures are given to assist you with calculations. All figures represent products bought from Greene King only. As you enter the pub from Old Street, you will find the central bar/dining area, with various seating options. The pub also has a smaller space offering pool and darts. Externally there is a lovely garden and car park.
