The Bowyer Arms, Radley is a traditional pub which currently trades under our Hive Pub Franchise Agreement. The pub has traded well in recent years and operates at an approximate 70/30 split in favour of drinks.

Key facts • Upfront cost: £5,000 • Forecasted operator turnover: £676,000 Entry costs Entry cost of £5000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation. Trading space The trade space has been refurbished inside and out, offering an amazing garden with pergola and new patio area. The current children's play area offers giant Jenga, Connect 4 and a chalkboard which located on the grass for children. Internally a pool table and dart board can be found within the much improved drinking area. The dining area has been made more comfortable with improved zoning to make the pub more family friendly. Private accommodation The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining room, toilet, bathroom and office.
