The Manor at Toton lies on the south western edge of Nottingham. The Manor is a community/destination food pub that has a community/village feel.

The site currently trades at a 50/50 sales split and offers real potential to become the food pub of choice in the local area. We have an exciting refurbishment planned to transform both the interior and exterior of this pub, which offers great potential for a new operator. The refurbishment project will extend the trade space to allow for 20 additional covers and see other subtle layout changes, as well as all new décor and toilet improvements. The new signage and outdoor decoration will greatly improve the pubs kerb appeal which is key with its prominent roadside location.
