Business & Financial Information • Estimated ingoings (upfront): £2,000 • Full deposit: £2,000 • Forecast turnover (weekly): £676,000 • Forecast turnover (annual): £676,000 Ideal Operator Ideally suited would be an Operator with great ideas to grow sales in all time slots throughout the day, and getting the most sales opportunities out of the late licence on weekends. With the investment of the full SKY, TNT package also someone who can demonstrate getting the ROI on Sports. Great community spirit is needed, making connections with local Sports teams and charities. Private Accommodation Due to the location of this pub, there is no on-site accommodation. To ensure you get the best out of your pub and partnership with Craft Union, we are therefore offering an increased Operator Fee of 22% and an accommodation support payment of £500pcm.
